Naranja House is a traditional and comfortable Mexican vacation home. Located in the heart of Cancún, Mexico, this home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

This house is ideal for spending your vacation in Cancún with family and friends, without having to book expensive hotel rooms or stay in a small house of relatives or friends. Thanks to the spacious bedrooms, the house offers enough space to occasionally retreat. It is large enough, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and atmospheric stay.

Points of Attention:

• Security: Two security cameras are installed. One in the kitchen, aimed at the front door and the windows in the living room, and one in the hallway on the first floor. If desired, we can turn off the cameras during your stay.

• Possible Noise Disturbance: The house is located next to a primary school. During the school period, from Monday to Friday, you may hear sounds from the school when sitting outside. Inside the house, the sounds are dampened by the use of air conditioning and TV.

About us

Dear Traveler,

I am Cruz Pacheco, wife of Hans van Santen and mother of Anna and Elise. Originally, I come from Mexico and have lived in the Netherlands since 2001. During school vacations, I often travel to Mexico with my family to visit our relatives and friends and to enjoy all that the country has to offer.

In the early years, my husband and I stayed at my mother's house. It was cozy and pleasant, but as our children came along, it became busier. Seeking more privacy, we alternated our stays between my mother's house and hotels. However, hotels proved to be monotonous and restrictive.

We love traveling, visiting local places, enjoying good food, and spending time with family and friends. For us, vacation means freedom to do what we want, when we want, at our own pace.

In 1992, we took over my mother's house. The Mexican decor, inspired by her home state Michoacán, remains special to me. Although I have made adjustments for more comfort, the original style has been preserved.
